Meet The Team

I started out in social housing working for South Somerset Homes. I moved to Leicester in 2005 which is when I started working in the Lettings & Property Management industry. I moved to Bradgate Lettings in 2008 and stayed with them for almost 15 years. I have gone into partnership with Chris as we share the same values of treating our clients honestly and with respect. We are looking to build our relationships with our clients and work with them on a long term basis. Outside of work I mostly act as a taxi service for my two childrens various sporting activities and I occasionally get to play tennis myself at the local club.

Chris ( Christos) has an extensive background in the property market and has ventured into various businesses. He began investing in buy-to-let properties in 1999, while concurrently managing a successful family-owned fish and chip business. Over the years, he continued to expand his portfolio, acquiring both residential and commercial properties. In addition to growing his property portfolio, Chris successfully launched two more fish and chip businesses, ventured into used car sales and MOT services with a focus on exporting used cars, and established a smart repair centre. In recent years, he has shifted his focus towards developing new properties and renovating uninhabitable houses into habitable homes.

Outside of his professional life, Chris, who is of Greek Cypriot descent, places a strong emphasis on family values in his personal life and is a dedicated family man. He is also an avid fan of Leicester City Football Club. Chris and Andy Lockwood have known each other for over 15 years, as Andy was part of the Bradgate property letting agency that managed Chris's property portfolio before the company, Bradgate properties was sold. Given their shared values of honesty, trust, and a belief in supporting small independent businesses, it made perfect sense for Chris and Andy to open a letting agency together, combining their expertise from both sides of the property industry.

Adrian has a long-established career in Lettings & Management, as well as Block Management, and was acknowledge by the Guild of Professional Agents for his services to ARLA while he was the ALRA Representative for the East Midlands.

Adrian commenced his career in lettings by mistake!! Taking a short-term job through an agency, with what was then John German, to cover a member of staff on long term sickness. Little did he know that after a short time he would gain his qualifications in Lettings & Management and became head of residential Lettings & Management for Fallowell & Partners before leaving to join what was a family business, Bradgate Lettings. At Bradgate Lettings he expanded the portfolio and steered them through the registration for the Association of Residential Lettings.

Outside of work, Adrian splits his time between his passion of volunteer stage management for local theatre companies and also continues with his leadership of local Scouting and managing a non for profit company – Youth Fun Days.

A highly organised and resourceful Executive Administrator with a strong background in office management and business support. I began my career straight from college in administrative roles within busy office environments, starting as a receptionist before progressing to Personal Assistant roles supporting directors. Combined with 18 years of managing a busy household and raising two children, I bring resilience, strong organisation, and a calm, solutions-focused approach to my work.

At Olive Leaf, I have been a key member of the administrative team for the past two years, working closely with the directors to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. I am trusted to oversee administrative operations, resolve issues efficiently, and introduce practical ideas that improve processes behind the scenes.

I work in line with the company’s core values of honesty and respect and take pride in building strong relationships with both colleagues and tenants. I am passionate about helping tenants find a place they can truly call home, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and unwinding with a well-earned glass of wine… occasionally two.
